Parking & Entrance

This adventurous journey begins as your 4x4/AWD vehicle enters the dirt roads of the private community. Private parking is available right at the entrance. A simple walkway leads to the elevated home, creating a sense of privacy and seclusion from the moment you arrive, while still feeling safe and convenient.

The Area

The drive from the airport is around 45 minutes. Then, just under 10 minutes to secluded beaches like Matapalo and Matapalito; 25 minutes to Las Catalinas, Flamingo Marina or Potrero, and about 20 minutes from Coco and Hermosa Beach.

The Pool

This is an added amenity, since is not in the property but rather an open to the public and shared pool located in the community with a schedule from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from the house to the pool.

The Space

The bathroom continues the villa’s clean, modern aesthetic with elegant finishes and a refreshing, spa-like feel. Designed for comfort and simplicity, it’s the perfect space to unwind after a beach day or exploring the area, with open views from the shower.

Patio & Deck Area

The spacious deck wraps above the jungle floor, offering a private outdoor lounge surrounded by trees. Comfortable seating makes it ideal for reading, meditating, yoga, breakfast or sunset drinks. A fire pit and chill area extend cozy evenings. The property also offers private hiking trails to immerse in nature.

You’ll have access to all areas of the house, except for a small storage room (bodega) next to the villa.
